I have the app. I've yet to find one though after well over 10-20 hours of gameplay up north since the most recent patch. Did you find them since the very latest update? Big fan of the ak but 7.62x39 just doesn't pack the same punch 7.62x54 does. The only comparable rifle to the svd right now is the mosin but since the internal mag is bugged (and only holds 5 rounds if it was operable) it's much slower than a svd with 10 round mag.
