Sooo is it just me or did they change the location of some water pumps been using iZurvive to get around and no update there so I am confused!?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They re-balanced the location of all the waterpumps. In some places they added pumps and in other places they got removed.

was this in a status report ? i have not noticed any pumps moved but i havent been travelling very far latley

No, but they did mention it on their Twitter after people asked similar questions.

I go between two maps (using chromebook next to sofa)

One map has a drop down when clicking on cuty search that lets you see names written in native tongue, other map is (or was) more accurate on locations.
