Barrel question.

Are there different barrels for specific items or can i stor anything in them?

And how do i store things inside them? Inventory management (moving things around) seems not to work for me after last update. 

Do you guys have the same problems?

Push and hold A like before patch but hold it for a full second then scroll over to where you want to drop it then wait a second before releasing . There's some weird input lag going on I think so you have to do it slowly, I didn't realise either until someone told me on the forum. Hope this helps. Oh and you just micromanage to the inventory slot in barrel at the bottom of it's vicinity screen. All barrels are the same just cosmetically different colours

Yo can store anything.

My suggestion would be to drop the items on floor next to barrel and then drag down to barrel.
