TheYetiBum 790 Posted November 27, 2018 Push and hold A like before patch but hold it for a full second then scroll over to where you want to drop it then wait a second before releasing . There's some weird input lag going on I think so you have to do it slowly, I didn't realise either until someone told me on the forum. Hope this helps. Oh and you just micromanage to the inventory slot in barrel at the bottom of it's vicinity screen.
