Night time

So I’m experiencing night time on the Xbox server? Was this planned?

Yes indeed. It was fleeting. Maybe 30 minutes and the server reset but it was good.

Just been on a server and night fell! Very nice surprise which definitely changed the game dynamic. Those owl hoots are very atmospheric! Now to find a bloody torch!

I can't even find a daytime server at present. So if it progressively changes day/night/day dose thing mean the sun and moon move now?

Try updating the game

and then restart your console had to do this last night.hope this helps.

Agreed. It really added something. I hope they start to roll it out longer and longer.

Sun defo moves, however the server crashes(not restarts) seem to rewind the day somewhat. 

I was on 8154US yesterday for maybe 4 hours, twice it started getting dark but the "no message received" hits and the sun was back up in the sky. 

Been on a server when it's night though and Holy hell it's dark af.

I've seen it go from day to night. But yet to see night into day. As for the sun I can only find torrential rain. But yeah night is as dark as fuck. Got my flash light.

If you have an axe chop down a tree and then combine a stick with a rag/bandage to make a torch, might need some matches to light it, havent actually used one myself.

Yeah, I've made torches but haven't tried them in rain yet, does anyone know if you can use them in rain? Seems that camp fires can't be lit in the rain.
