Ghillies aren't in the game, they will probably do atleast one more server reset to get rid of people's duplicated burlap sacks, which is one of the two components for ghillie parts

Yep pretty sure they were taken out for a remodel and rework, before 0.63 it just took netting and burlap sacks to make the ghillie and was pretty high cost but I assuming it'll receive a crafting change of some kind to make it even more difficult , you can't wear a backpack whilst wearing it or couldn't before so maybe they'll change that too
