Man Parts 241 686 Posted September 16, 2018 1. Make it so we're able to see server number in the Pause > Online. 2. Pressing B to combine should not kick you from your inventory screen. 3. Inventory columns should prioritize listing backpack first, then vest, shirt, pants, hat, and weapon last. 4. Sprint meter should show when we're encumbered. 5. If you were pulling ammo out of your bag to load your gun, you would want to stop looking in your bag no? 3. Personal preference and can be sorted anyway. If you dont like what is first. Say your order is shirt, vest, backpack, pants. But you want pants, vest, shirt, backpack. Put vest in hands. Equip. Put shirt in hands, equip. Put pack in hands, equip. You can arrange however you want. Personally the backpack is always last for me as it always carries food and such. Guns and ammo are in pants Vest or shirt so they get damaged by incoming gunfire first. Personally every time I load my backpack is first and I hate it, so I do this every server I enter. Wish it would save my loadout. 4. Agree but meh. Encumbrance is determined by item amounts and weight. Carrying 4 guns isnt practical but you can still sprint if you're barely carrying gear. Hence the objective. Prioritize your loadouts. I only sprint under gunfire. Idk why people sprint all over the place as a fresh spawn. I normally jog the whole map so I dont mind not having it. Plus try sprinting and ADS, lol. Good luck hitting a shot before they can aim at you. Edited September 17, 2018 by Bombarding
Powell x91 96 Posted September 17, 2018 Number 1 needs to happen. Think its been mentioned somewhere, Sure I seen it about. Number 2 is how its meant to be...Potentially you aren't using the function correctly if its not working for you. As said by @Bombarding for example; mag in hand, Press B on ammo then when it kicks you from the inventory screen - Hold RT to perform action, Being Rounds to Mag or Opening Can of food etc 3 and 4 are what they are and they are good answers above. More HUD takes away less of the 'Hardcore' aspect. Surprised we even have meters for food etc constantly on screen as its just a pop up text on one of the PC builds or used to be?
