THYERS 26 Posted September 8, 2018 (edited) OK so I get the thinking behind the need for stamina and I agree that stamina should be in the game, not everyone should be Bolt. However, you should at least be able to regain your stamina meter. I've had the same player for a few days now and whereas I have an Alice pack full and appreciate being over loaded can stop you sprinting, my stamina meter is down to 1/8th if not less. Am I missing something or is it the case that once your player survives for long enough, you just have to live with not being able to sprint for longer than a few seconds? Is there a way to build it back up? Edited September 8, 2018 by THYERS gramma
CarlTheGooner 110 Posted September 8, 2018 The way to build it back up is drop some stuff. The stamina bar is dependent on how much you're carrying. You have a 110 bag full, drop the bag on the floor and watch your stamina bar go up to almost full. This is why when you watch PvP videos on YouTube none of them have bags, and when they fix the inventory issue we'll be able to do the same, it's just not viable right now with the inventory bug.

That's why I never drop it anymore, I drop drinks and food and compass and rags lol
wh1skey_ 111 Posted September 9, 2018 Drop consumable items that can be found again over and over - mainly food and drinks - rags can always be made from found clothing in the wild and is abundant Think about what you really really want to hold on to - mainly weapons and ammo, a single canteen or water bottle, and thats really pretty much all you need. Once you get a decent rifle you dont really need a sledgehammer or shover or axe any more, drop them in favor of just carrying a pistol, knife/hatchet, and a primary. The weight of your clothing, and your gear is what makes your stamina bar only a small bit available - take off your entire backpack and youll see your stamina bar instantly go back to about 80% Most people try to overload themselves and carry as much crap as they possibly can when its much better to just carry what you only really absolutely need.
