Is SVD present on Xbox servers?

I crossed several times a map to find SVD rifle but didn't find it.
Looks like the rifle just doesn't exist on a servers.
Developers, can you clarify if SVD exists for now?

Both are in the game. I've found an AKM and Mosin Scope. Seen photos of SVD at crash sites

The PSO scope attaches to both the AKM and the SVD. But be warned there is a glitch when scoped while prone and wearing a plate carrier - the shoulder strap blocks the view while using the PSO scope. Ive got a video Im gonna post soon showing it.
