I understood it right after the heli spawn system placed in, they where revamping it for the new engine. Plus people exploited the m4?? remember that and it was taken out, repaired. Used a bug to bug the community LOL Anyways, they wanted to make the heli stuff special, more then just some arma mod where it spawns, shows up on the map. Devs stated that the heli loot issue (and said this almost over a year ago for anyone wondering) is a bug, and that working on it was not important right now.
