Big city in the center of the map

My favourite city is Cherno because it is very big, can hold lots of players and it's very well made, then Novodmitrovsk but it's empty lately, Svetlojarsk I like it a lot, I think is very well made and beautiful but It can't hold as many players, Berezino, Electro, Severograd and Zelenogorsk are good too. After I go looting somewhere I always end coming back to a big city, I think some players likes to spend most of the time inside cities as well.

There are no big cities in the north like Cherno or Novodmitrovsk for example. The best cities in my opinion are near the coast, I know that's a lot to ask for but a huge city like Cherno in the center of the map it would be awesome, somewhere around here:

For me it's too early to tell if we need a big central city.

Transportation, natural threads, player count, economy, soft skills, sound, migrating infected? etc. have all to be developed before balancing.

For now I actually like the rural centre of the map, but that may be because I prefer the outdoors over any city myself.

Expanding Novy and Stary could be nice too or merging both into a big city.

I think this is a great idea as well.
I would love for a city big enough to actually spend time in, not only run in for occational pvp or looting, but a city that actually holds loot and resources that would be essential to survival, large enough to be able to set up a small tent in, to hide and to survive.
