Some questions about settings/zooming 0.60

Hi guys
I have some questions about a zoom lag ,when zooming with scope/binoculars on some trees.Its terrible, i cant snipe anymore on some spots. I  usually have min. 45(very big cities)-150 fps when streaming, but when i zoom i get 25-30 fps. Game is on SSD.Someone had simillar situations?
My PC is good mid computer: i7 3770, GTX 760, 8 gb.
Settings on game: Object and Terrain Very high, Texture and filtering Very high, everything else disabled.
And second questions, play on very low give better visability than very high?

Isn't that same lag for everyone? I get it too, but 25 FPS is enough to shoot someone. :)

Yeh I've had that happen where I noticed the drop to 30fps solid. But it was just the one time, I un-zoomed, lowered weapon, etc and on my next zoom in all was good again.
Good you mention it though.
