WInchester Ammo RARE?

Anybody can tell me where can I find ammo for the winchester? like right now its more rare than a m4 lol can't find anywhere :(

Check the clothing in deer stands. I have been finding boxes of them.

Winchester ammo should be much more common than it is. I mean its an early game weapon generally, not military grade. There are a ton of guns for it and yet none of the ammo. Its pretty bad.

You can check in houses, civilian, where it usually spawns, and in clothing. I usually find lots of ammo in train wagons. But the best so far is in clothing items, so much ammo spawns in them.

Early game? If you're a good shot the .308 is better than military grade weapons. It takes more bullets from a M4 for example to kill someone than .308 rounds. It's good that the powerful rounds are so rare right now.
