The thing is, I used to play pirate version of DayZ for sometime ( before I actually decided to finnaly buy it in Alpha, as my first Steam game ever ) and we had some stuff that weren't even in the game. For example, I remember that there was UAZ spawn in Guglovo that I used to drive a lot. When I bought the orginal game, I was pretty much dissapointed and at the same time impressed by pirates. Not only they managed to crack the game, but they managed to unlock dev's stuff and add it in game as working elements before it was released in orginal game! Same thing applies here. But thanks for sharing, though.

ya after I posted I thought of that, but the saiga 12 seemed pretty legit

Good thing they're actually adding the Saiga 12K. :D Although, I have seen lots of stuff that are in the dev / testing versions of DayZ that don't make it. :3

Lot of stuff on those servers are ported from Arma 2 or 3. It will be like that when moding becames legal

True that, but still, some items like Saiga 12 or some other stuff are unlocked material which was put by devs to be used in later builds. They found out these files and unlocked them in game. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I saw video of M249 a while ago. Russians cracked game to the core. There was video with upcoming base building stuff, dirt bike and Skoda van. As soon as devs push things to game files they dig it out and try it.
