Er0ck77 1 Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Howdy folks, I have a rather old rig but it still runs like a champ in most games that I frequently play (i7 860 @ 4.2GHz, 16 GB RAM, HD5870 @ 1050/1300, 1TB SSD, 650w Corsair PSU). I know the IvyBridge platform is easily surpassed now days but I'm not ready to shell out another 1500.00 bucks right now. I feel with the clocks I am running on the CPU, a new GPU will bring things back to life. After being on .60 a bit, I really enjoyed the increased frames with higher settings. Going back to .59 is rough. I was thinking about a R380 4GB. Seems to be the best bang for the buck but I thought I would ask for some other suggestions first. Any help is greatly appreciated. Both the 70 and 80 look like they are going to be crazy good and the low power requirements kinda blow my mind. I am a Radeon guy but this almost looks too good to be true!
