Hello Everyone can i ask about DAYZ SA how i can create my own server and host it??

what im going to do first any suggestion and helps thank you if you are a helpful person

BTW i want to know first, what is the meaning and different about privite hive and public hive?

 

and i want to create/start my server as a Dayz SA modded like arena-gg.ru what would be call that its a pirate server right but i want to know is that a private/public hive?

I'm rather new myself, but perhaps I can give you some information to assist your efforts!

 

Public vs. Private means simply that while playing your character can move from Public to Public (without restart of inventory) - and Private is specific. If you go from Private to Private, you will have to restart every time.

Otherwise, I believe if you want your own server for SA, you may have to buy it from one of these dealers.

Fragnet is another one, with very good support.

 

They maybe a tad more in $$, being from Canada but well worth it in the long run. Any problems they have assisted me in minutes.

Currently you can't host your own server for SA, only rent one from the already listed server providers.  Also there are no (legit) mods for SA either, unless it was for DayZ Mod (not SA) then you probably saw a cracked server/version.
