Can't Sign into Feedback Tracker

HI, I want to start using the Feedback tracker, but when I try to log into it, I get "Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect."but the exact same credentials work for logging into DayZ Forums. Is a separate account necessary for the tracker?

Yes, the feedback tracker requires a different account to the forum.

I am trying to create an account with feedback tracker. I received this error from multiple systems for several days. My character is stuck in a building and I haven't been able to enjoy the game or use the reporting system.
