Problem Crafting Improvised Backpack

I've tried every way I can think of adding the sticks to the shoulder bag, the bag is empty...

 

Anyone else have this issue?

And no, I've made many an improvised backpack and never realised it took all 3 sticks...

 

I happened to craft a splint first, which I don't normally do.

It used to take only one, it changed to 3 in .57 or .58.

It used to take only one, it changed to 3 in .57 or .58.

Was confused back then when it used one since it obviously using minimum 3 sticks since its a triangle, nice improvement and thanks for sharing!
