There are some great little suggestions inside!  Not sure if any could make DayZ though, but i particularly like the idea of creating an emergency lantern.

I'm waiting for the fallout from Fukishima to meet the ooze cloud from the BP spill and I'm really hoping it creates a Godzillaesque monster.

 

This way we will at least get some entertainment value from these disasters.

 

Also, these documents are further proof of Japans superiority....

Kidding aside and back on OP.

 

I like the info regarding an oral rehydration solution made from sugar and salt.

 

I'm not sure if it's something for DayZ (though it easily could be a way to rehydrate faster when more severely effected) but it's good info for real life.

It would be awesome if the player tutorial was presented in this format. A tutorial is definitely needed to increase the player count.

Personally I like the lack of a tutorial. Too many games these days hold the player's hand, it's refreshing to me that DayZ doesn't.
