Confirmed - I was taking a dump and a Huey spawned spawned right ontop of me. I was pinned to the pan and couldn't reach the toilet roll. Total bummer.

Although 4% isn't exactly reliable...

Also, AS50 can only be found on crash sites, and NVG in barracks/crash sites. So, you're either a liar, or found a heli crash, or found some hacked spot.

Don't trust the loot tables. Don't trust them, my friend. Upon discovering the corrugated iron shack with a friend of mine, we found a SVD Camo, an ammo-box, a basic Remington with a flashlight attached on it and last but not least, a range-finder. Pretty decent? As someone who despise server-hopping to gather loot, I didn't accumulate anything else.
