Soon after my wounds got itchy and then infected. I rushed to a hospital but could not find the antibiotics I assume I needed. Either in medical or those long white civilian barracks in those small camps , not all of them have those small civ barracks in them. The one north of the Severograd quarry has them. I've been looking for antibiotics for days with no luckYeah, I find them now on the experimental 0.58 hot fix servers though, so that suggests they are also in 0.58 stable.And to be clear, I think the reactions above are indeed all speaking about the brown injection vials (which I have also seen) but what I meant are the antibiotic pills in a package.
