Game/Computer crash after few minutes of playing

Recommended Posts

Hi, I just bought the game a couple days back and was hoping to play it but every time i log on to any server i can move and play like normal for about a minute then it freezes  and crashes my game/laptop causing me to have to hard shutdown because i cant CTRL-ALT-DEL to try and close it down. I've put a ticket in for it in on the feedback the other day but i have not revived any thing back. so i thought i would post something here to see if anyone could help.

Hmm, could be a few things. I had a similar issue years ago that was tied to shitty network driver. But typically the behavior you describe occurs because of cooling issues or defective hardware or a combination of the two. I would attempt to monitor my temps if i were you and see what information that tells you, in addition if you are doing any overclocking i would return to stock clocks and test from there and finally check your power supply as it may not be able to keep up with the increased demand on gpu and cpu (or maybe it's just faulty).

Good luck troubleshooting, these things can be a bitch.

Not to sound dumb but how do i check all of those i'm new to this who PC gaming thing so i'm not sure how to check those things and the power supply should be ableto handle it because it is a new msi dominator series.

Have you tired any other games to see if happens across the board? I'm assuming its a laptop, I personally have had an msi laptop show up wonky, i would exchange it for a new one if thats still an option.

this still puzzles me because I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game my fame rate right before it crashes in between 30 to 50 fps and the game has no lag to it at all my laptop just crashes. my memory has nothing wrong with it because I've check it and my graphics card also doesn't have any thing wrong with it and it is also up to date my CPU and GPU aren't overheating when i play because I've monitored them while playing. I've got no more ideas on what to check
