How i fix my laptop day z lag!

hi when i play day z i got a lot of frame drops with my laptop can u help me to solve that ???

set your settings exactly to what this video says. I didn't download the stuff he recommends, I just changed my settings, files, and launch options to nearly identical to whats in this video. I gained at least 20 more FPS from it. Very helpful.

I love you BB but this is wrong, the dudes rocking a haswell i7 with a turbo frequency of 3.6 GHZ.

 

That Laptop is a weapon and should have ZERO issues playing DayZ(outside of the same issues everyone else has). Frame drops are the norm with the game ATM. Happens to everybody. The only thing I would suggest is to ensure that the game is using the discrete graphics chip and not the intel extreme onboard graphics. This can be forced in the Nvidia graphics settings. Good luck! But its not going to run butter smooth for a while (its coming though).
