Public and Exp server restart times?

If they restart every 12 hours? when is the restart does anyone know?

I just started playing and it looks like they haven't restarted since the last update

On experimental servers, it was at 7pm central time. I haven't been on in the last couple days so I don't know if anything has changed.

For the Public server and private server the server restart time is all the 4h ( 1h00, 5h00, 9h00, 13h00, 17h00 and 21h00 CEST)

I had exp figured at 0500 and 1700 pst (GMT-8) and player rented stable servers can be anytime they want.

The most common restart times on stable are a four hourly cycle from noon GMT - so then 4pm, 8pm, midnight, 4am, 8am. Some do also restart every two hours. not sure quite how much flexibility server owners are offered, or whether hourly restarts (an some server names claim) are actually real.

 

It seems many exp servers are similar, but it varies more because exp is updated more often.
