Strange but lucky encounter

So I had quite the find yesterday. While just entering electro to get some goods, the goods found me.

Err, how do I post an image?

 

Three images basically. Two of my inventory showing an MP33 shotgun, a Cz 75+ attachments, a fireaxe, a red star beret, plenty of ammunition, a large inventory vest, and AKM

Most of which I picked off in one small place.

 

The last image shows a  several pairs of boots, officer's caps, tons of vests, two derrigenrs, more vests, several pairs of boots a shovel, some helmets,

All of which on the steps to some tiny shed next to the warehouse near the electro city sign. A Mosin a Nagat and firefighter helmet I dropped too.

 

Is it a bug? Is it widespread/Just this shed?

 

Was the drops of dead player/s? Why would there be so many vests, boots, and hats? why so many rare hats?

Are you talking about the front steps of the guard building(s)? They're all like that since the .57 build release. Lookup where they are online for a quick gear up, they're in many places on the map... until they fix / change it!

 Something like that. It's on the outskirts of the elctro city sign. The red and cement one. Near a warehouse. the eastern exit I think.

 

Damn, if they're all like that, I should keep looking for them! B)

If it's the guard house with the barred windows and all the stuff on the porch they're fixed in experimental by spawning nothing at all.

If you got the link for an image (It can either be a Steam screenshot, or a url from some image site), you can click one of the buttons above your post as you're editing it.

There is a small picture right below the A+color square symbol, and the smiley face. It looks like a small thumbnail picture of a tree.
Click an empty space below a sentence or paragraph, and then click that, and then enter the url in it to make a picture that will show up right on the post.

 

OR:

Left click and drag and highlight some words appropriate to the picture you wanna show. (e.g. "My screenshots"), and then click on the little chain symbol with the green circle, and then add the url to the box that shows up. 
That will make a HOTlink to the picture. It is a  is a really good thing to do if the picture is high resolution, and it will show up all obnoxiously huge and shit on a post.
