Terror066 4 Posted June 16, 2015 Hello everyone.... Was playing the 0.57 update on several Public Servers. I´m looking for a Sewing Kit to repair my cloths. But i could not find one of these. In maybe 25 Hours of playing i found 1 Leather sewing Kit. But not only one normal Sewing Kit to repair a Jacket or Cargopants. Next thing i´m looking for is the New Kashtan Scope. Same pro as the Sewing Kit. PSO-1 Scope the same. Where are these Things? Where could i find them. Greetz... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Zboub le météor 250 Posted June 16, 2015 sewing kits are pretty rare in 0.57. they can spawn in many type of houses and some industrial locations. i found maybe 3 of theses in one week. leather sewing kits are more common, try green coloured houses with a stair, they often spawn in the kitchen. Kashtan scopes spawn at Humvee wrecks and small guard houses (named bathroom in dayzmap). PSO-1 spawn on SVD at heli crashes (russian ones i think). 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tobias winfro 305 Posted June 16, 2015 (edited) For me sewing kits are hard to find, I've seen them in the yellowish house that has the shelving in front room and the watermelon colored houses. As far as the scopes, I've seen them in various guard shack/barracks, like the one on the east end of elektro as you head toward kamishovo, over by the train tracks. Always see them on the steps along with high capacity vests, fnx 45 and cr 75, various magazines and other random guns. Also as the poster above me stated check crashed military vehicles. After logging in after several hours it lays in front of me... Find three Kashtan Scopes at the Humvees all over the map. All are damaged and not useable properly. But the next question is how to repair the Smersh Vest? I tried the LSK and it says: Leather Sewing Kit cannot be used to mend Smersh Vest. Same with the Sewing Kit. I have tried to empty the Vest and even detached the Backpack . Backpack is mendable Vest not. FNX is Heliloot? I have 1 magazine (found at a lootsplosion guard shack) but no loose bullets. I thought maybe I had missed a spot, started at Cherno all the way to kamenka and then to the NWAF, over to berezino and back to kamyshovo and all I found were 1911 mags. Also found a NATO surpressor. Helicrashes are respawning loot regularly; haven't been to one without loot for over a week now. SVD and mags are harder to find than NATO surpressors. We also found a few SVD mags, 2 at chopper crashes and one at a guard shack/loot-splosion. We found these on both private and public hives, maybe we just had a lucky run. Terror066 4 Posted June 19, 2015 Hey Guys... A new item i was looking for is a "Weapon Cleaning Kit". This little wooden Box. I found a Steyr AUG near the Lopatino at the Helicrash. I´d rather have the M4 but now its an AUG. Unlucky me it is damaged and i won´t mess it up to ruined when i use it now. Sooo where are those Cleaning Kits???
