There is no "auction house" or "vendors" in the game at all. The closest you could come to "selling" stuff would be to do an actual trade with other players. Be warned though, they are just as likely to shoot you and take your stuff instead of trading with you...

But seriously: Ingame you cannot sell items. There is no need and no ingame 'money'. But you can try trading your items; it happens, people do trade.
