All server down again?

Can anyone tell me if it's because the 1.7.2 is rolling out or WTF is happening? Kinda confused and wanted to kill some zeds :/

I have been able to connect to two servers out of about 40 ive tried.

I also died some how, when last night I logged off I was safe in the bush.

Yes, I went to join a game today and I was dead. Last night I logged off and was 100% ok.

I finally got in a server a few minutes ago. The inventory was lagging really bad, about 30 seconds to pick up an item. A friend came and picked me up in a vehicle, and when I tried to get in that was lagging as well. Took about a minute to register getting in the vehicle. Then on my screen it looked like he was just driving in a circle but he said everything was fine on his end. I DC'd while still in the vehicle then he started having issues too.

Hope we're still alive when things are back up and running.

I'm sure I'll log back in with a broken leg and in shock.

So does anyone know if all characters are killed in this "attack"? That would be very bad.

I would be very disappointed if servers were down now and again, especially if DayZ was a stand alone game. That would not be really good service. I am just saying what everyone would be saying in such a case.

Hopefully, this is not a frequent returning event!

I wsh they would take the hive down for three hours and let this blow over. Also this is not a game, this is a mod. Not supported by a giant company that have the funds in order to fend these attacks off.........

Really Im not mad at rocket, poor guy goes out of his way to make a free mod and gets raped by this bullshit.

Would really like to see arma 2 team helping out in this, this man had made BIS a lot of money with his mod, least they can do is ensure that it keeps going
