Hey,

 

I've been away from Dayz SA since they released the first vehicle into the game, for many reasons. Can you guys tell me if they fixed desync of players, hackers, glitching zombies, weird lag for picking up items, and fps?

Nope.  But there have been some *improvements.

Worse than ever right now, its pretty bad even on like 20 person servers, basically anything over 10 people and you shouldn't expect to be able to shoot most people at anything over 100 yards

>hackers

Not as bad as they were at the end of 2014 but still bad, I never see them in private servers but have heard reports from friends of carpet bombings, thats all they seem to do now, steal your gear or carpet bomb.

>glitching zombies

They don't seem to run through doors but they do still hit through walls sometimes. They updated everything about the zombies and they are stupid hard to kill now, like 5 hits with a fireaxe hard. Current zombies are fast, hardhitting, and fast hitting, if one gets close it can hit you three or four times before you can even get your fists up. Don't bother with melee anymore, just punch them in the face or shoot them, about five hits to the face kills them.

Varies from server to server, some full servers have issues, some don't, some are so bad its unplayable. Low pop servers are alright though.

>and fps

Just as bad as always, maybe a little worse.

 

What you really need to ask about is forced persistence and the new loot system they implemented and then took away because the game took a nosedive and lost like 80% of its players over the course of a week, when that shit comes back things are gonna be bonkers, expect most servers to go dark after that and the game to pretty much become irrelevant within a few months.
