From what I'm told there's scripts that can hide them from the player list as well as make them invisible.Now that I potentially doomed this to a locked thread there are other possibilities as well, most of them glitches, and without hearing more details it'll be hard to say exactly how you died. Dieing 10 seconds after spawn is rather suspicious.I do think Heart Attacks are still in game, yet to experience one myself (never experienced a hacker myself either but they do exist). Did a bit of quick reading on DayZ Wiki, seams heart attacks can only occur during unconsciousness and is random. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It'll mess up the heart rate, and inevitably kill them.
