Admin Ban

Hi everyone,

 

Not sure if I am writing this in the correct place but maybe you can help me! 

 

I am pretty new to Dayz Standalone and after being killed by KOS all the time, I decided to go on a RP server. 

 

Dayz Colony UK-1 (RolePlay Required - Persistence: ON

 

I joined this server on Friday, full server, usual stuff except I was shot at while ontop of a police station, i came out and tried to get the guy with my axe but was killed.

I was then spawned to the far north-east, so I travelled around the north east for a few hours and seen a few people but it was good fun and no issues at all.

 

Saturday I travelled south to meet a friend, we started to grow some vegetables when I was suddenly banned for no reason and i wasn't the only one because

I could see people had been banned before me and straight after me.

 

I have read many forums this morning and it seems to be a problem but as soon as someone says something like this then everyone jumps on the hacker train...

 

I can ensure you that I do not even know how to hack and I am certainly not good enough to do KOS's!! 

 

 

 

Now I am being kicked from all servers because apparently I have a ADMIN BAN and It's not fair because I paid for this game and now I can't 

even use it because of some twit not doing their job properly.

If it happens to be a private server you were banned on, there's nothing you can do about it, as they're in their right to do exactly that.

 

If it was a public server, make sure you're following the right steps to do something about it. It won't be as hard as you'd think. An E-Mail is enough to have the server reported and soon to be taken down. Make sure you deliver evidence, though.

 

Also - you're not banned from all servers when you're banned with the message "Admin Ban" - as that's quite literally a ban by the admin of that particular server.

It does say admin ban but I joined other servers last night and was kicked multiple times.. I presumed there is a black list among admins

That is an off brand RP server where former banned members of better RP servers go. Where did you think your post was going anyways, posting it on a forum where the admins for that server might've never set foot inside of?

A video of how you're joining the server and then being kicked / banned without just reason? Not particularly hard nor rocketscience.

 

 

 

I presumed there is a black list among admins 

 

There isn't, but you may be trying to join whitelisted servers which you can't without being approved by an admin prior.

 

Try joining Public servers.

I joined a server (a vilayer server with a Turkish location) their name was "join = Kick and char reset" 

 

I joined it, got banned on sight now I can't join the server at all, tried contacting the owners aswell, they also are not talking. Does vilayer even care about the abuse emails sent though?

WIth that many posts I would have assumed you knew more about this. Anyone that has reported servers always came back with good impressions.

 

Not to mention that the GSP's are bound by contracts to react to these - BI still has the power to flick the switch on them.

The actual thing is, I reported many servers to vilayer with or without proof, they are still online. I provided pictures though no videos. However, what I really want to do is contact the owners first of that server and tell them they should read the TOS. Because I know one thing, me as a Turk, Turks never read TOS.

Best to contact the server owner via pm directly whilst using our forums, his name is Weyland.  This type of discussion is meant for DayZ Colony main site or a PM to the server owners, especially as they are private shard.
