does anyone know how to get a refund

Recommended Posts

my friends all convinced me to shell out the £20 odd pounds to get this game and after about 50 lives now ive come to realise the game is crap the concept is good but the sheer dificulty is outragous for new players

i really dont need advice on how crap i am cos belive me i know already having watched all the survival guides and still cant get any better at it i think a refund is my best option as stated above this game is unplayable for a newbie

I taught my younger sister to play the game in the last 6-7 days, she is having no problems with it at all...
Stop whinning you troll, why would de developers refund you if you are too stupid/stubborn to learn the game?

You were aware that it is an Alpha weren't you? Plus I remember that box with a message when you start the game...
If you don't seem to learn anything while watching then you should maybe try to learn ingame? Use forums? Ask people to help you ingame? etc.

It is not too easy in the beginning, I agree with that, but if that bothers you so much and you really don't like the game (it seems so), please quit and stop whining.

If you purchased the game on Steam, you will need to take up the refund request with Steam Support - as the platform / transaction point, they would handle it.

What the ****? Is that normal nowadays or what? I don't like something, yeah that is definitly not my mistake at all, let's get my money back.
How about reading/or informing yourself for a few minutes before doing something?

What reason in the world would there be for the developers or anyone to refund you because YOU DON'T LIKE THE GAME?
Are you kidding me?

Mate... Really?

£20!!!

Why cry over such a small amount of money?

Just leave it on your computer unroll they finish it.... Then rejoice in the fact you got a £50 game for £20........

I think SmashT forgot to lock this.

OP has his answer, he must trudge down to ye olde Steam Store to ask for his refund.
