High Capacity Vest in .51?

Yeah but you gotta get off of persistent servers to find them more frequently. Stupid and immersion breaking i know but thats how it has to be.

Well even before .51 the high capacity vest seemed to spawn very rarely. So its probably not broken just still rare.

About the only place I ever see them is in the barracks buildings at military bases. As Deathlove said, you may need to stray from your favorite/regular server to actually find one, they don't seem to be all that common. I can confirm that I've seen them in 0.51, though.

 

They may also spawn at helicopter crash sites, but I can't confirm that.

Did you try looking over at Myshinko? I see them over there more often than not, even on persistence enabled servers. I picked one up 2 days ago but gave it to another player in the area who needed it more than I did

They were never rare, I used to find them quite regularly. Specially on military bases or police stations
