FishGuts4Lunch 66 Posted November 11, 2014 I know at some point drinking water from an open sorce, e.g. a stream or lake as opposed to a water bottle of well is going to mean having to use water purification tablets or risk getting ill. So my thought is, would it be possible to put water in a pot and boil it on a fire, let it cool and then pour it into a canteen or drink it directly and thus avoid the need to scavange for purification tablets or risk getting killed while drinking at a well? ;) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
