I think so, but I've found most of mine in the storage lockers, assuming I beat Dave Hester to them.

Yeah i usually find them in the garages on the shelves

Yeah, same, I was just in the area of some tents and was just wondering. I actually dont think they do, because I havent seen even 1 weapon attachment in them.

Tbh i havent found anything interesting in military tents for a long time.

 

Used to be where i could get an FNX and attachments - now all i seem to find are water bottles

Long Range Scopes can spawn in the metal garages with the big blue doors on either side, too, up in the top little room. I've seen them there. Rarely.
