For one don't make accusations without knowing the back story. Clearly I am attempting to kill two campers on the apartment roofs, the tower giving me the high ground over them here. I had been there for less than 5 min, literally climbed up there to make the shots... Who is really stupid enough to camp that tower? EVERYONE can see it lmao its only being used to make a shot which otherwise would be impossible, it's called tactics my friend, learn some...

We don't see them sniping in the video.  For all we know they could be on the roof to observe or to orient themselves.  Unless you saw them sniping beforehand and that wasn't captured on tape.
