I don't think disinfectant does much on open wounds and skin. Or at least not as much as it does internally.

I'd say it really does just clean it for your enemy.

This is why we need turds though, give them bad infections.

Maybe arrows retrieved from zombies could also cause infections and diseases.

Holy shjte! Did you do this in game ? Cuz id say it does look like a poisoning system , maybe disinfectant is the only liquid that isn't edible right now so it let's you apply it as though it was a poison ? That's my guess and my hopes :) i want poison arrows .

No you need to shoot at the wounds people have and the disinfected arrow cleans and heals them, stitching them at the same time if you craft it with the rope as well.

Or the maybe we will need to make sure the arrows are clean for hunting and what not. I wouldn't want to be shooting something im planning on eating with an arrow i just pulled out of an infected person.

Disinfectant spray in the stomach is very bad, household disinfectant in a wound is generally not ideal but by no means lethal.

ive had my time of spawn run to novo/neaf/nwaf/mili camps/balota tents/ . then onto berez for firefights. or whereever they maybe be.

 

time to explore other aspects.
