Admin Question: Every time I turn my server on, it shuts right back off

Is this normal? Normally I would reset the server, but right when I turn it on, it just turns right back off. No idea why.  What does this mean?

It is a hosted server by the way. I view that it goes on/off from the control panel.

DayZ SA will have a weekly maintenance period. Every Wednesday, at 06.00 GMT servers will go down for 3 hours.
