Recommended Posts

too many times ive died to the loading screen and hearing a zombie attacking me and being unconscious as soon as I login, can you please make the character invulnerable whilst on the loading screen?

Thats why I suggested a ready button. Any kind of invulnerable player would be stupid - no need to appear and making others waste ammo on you. Simply wait until ready and then spawn.

Quit server hopping hose and you won't be seeing that screen all that often. That and leave your character in a safe place.

Then you should find a safer place to log out. If you die in a loading screen, to me it would seem like a poor choice of logging. I have never ever died during loading. Simply because I think before I log out :).

But I guess in your case it might be the price paid for server hopping on dangerous locations :).

Now I also think that this shows poor judgement in logging locations, but I like that idea nevertheless. Sometimes you just spawn in a dangerous location, might be because of server restarts, battleye kicks (not responding client), .... the list is long.

Yeah, there are legitimate times when you log where you wouldn't have chosen so I'm not entirely against this. I guess I see both sides.
