DayZ is getting to my dreams

One of the reasons I stopped playing DayZ few days ago (needless to say I downloaded it again this morning) was that almost every night at some point I saw a dream with similarities to DayZ. I think the game is so intensive it gets stuck to back of your brains. Always at some separate dream or at some point of a normal dream, I see myself shooting someone with Mosin who has AKM and he fells the same way as in DayZ, also in similar places as in DayZ (like police stations). Does this ever happen to you?

Recurring dreams only happen to me if I'm having a fever. If I do something before going to bed, I keep on having the same dream all night

I dream about DayZ too. However not like you do, i can't recall firing a gun or seeing the police station.

 

Almost every night i come back to the same scenario, it's me and my friends, shit hit the fan, we've gotta survive. Just like in the game, there's very few zombies and other people are the main threat. In my dream our group is always hiding togheter, watching something go down from a distance or we are pinned down on the ground as bullets strafe us.

I recently dreamt about DayZ as well, funny thing is that I also think I dreamt about the PD and how there were two guys in there shooting their weapons while I had a plastic/toy SKS that jammed and broke.                  yep

Yes, only my dreams being extremely more fucked up and starring people i really know in RL,

one day i had a dream where i had to fix up my sisters broken leg, only to have her die later because of blood loss

 

i also once dreamed of driving a Dune bUgyy through DayZ, though that was more like a mixture between playing PS2 and DayZ, since we all had pewpew Lazorguns and lots of zombies to shoot...

 

Fr some reason videogames make it into my dreams real easy, and i always have so cool dreams because of that :D

I've had this phenomenon in many other dreams, especially in the past. I remember I was some terrorist who's job was to kill few American soldiers in a base on top of a little hill. When I got there, my Scorpion simply jammed or I couldn't just shoot them :D

Okay, again last night I saw a dream about DayZ. I was in some sort of town in a very warm and nice coast, like in Spain, and there were the main street and only one line of complex buildings on each side. I was hunting two blue kids who were all geared up with my mosin. Then they tried to shoot me with SKS but couldn't hit. I saw them and followed and they went inside a house. When I walked from the door, I was in dark, very small room with a big bed. On bed, there was my bald grandpa (dead in real life), bald dad and his only son, some small bald fucker. They were watching some weird blue show on TV, and I went to sleep between dad and grandpa.
