hey, i've been away from the game for ~5 months so i need to play catchup now:D, what are some nice quality of life changes they've made so far? i've been told that you can now run full speed with weapon in hand, is that true? if so, need more tips like that!

A lot more complaining.

They finally nerfed the NE airfeild.

Hunting, fishing. A slight change to the zombies.

Some misc wildlife

A few new guns that mostly blow.

A large pack of 12-15 year old players. Probably around 500K to be exact.

Oh, and its still alpha.

i know about the changelogs but i was looking more for just qol changes since i don't care much for new reload animations or small abandoned towns. i would have never found out about running full speed with a gun just by reading the logs:(

The only thing you missed is Rocket and Matt digitally inserted themselves into the game, much like the Matrix and are now apparently going around and just trolling everyone they meet in game.

• You can now chop trees down. For firewood.
• You can also chop bushes down. For kindling or sticks or something.
• And make camp fires.
• And kill/eat animals (finally).
• And fish. Good luck finding fishing hooks.
• And make backpacks from animal hides.
• Grenades exist. They go boom.
• The game crashes every time you attempt to switch servers (or if a server reboots and you try to log into a new one).

False. It's a known issue that's been reported dozens of times. It started with .45, the build where fires, fishing, etc were introduced.

Just appeared near a massive city up near the old North East Airfield but it's empty of Z's.

 

I'm still geared.

 

 

Questions:

 

The new city is new right so that's why it's Z free?

 

KOS still a problem?

 

Is the SKS still cool?

 

Is the CCSD still active?

Lol to answer your other questions, as far as the engine goes, it has gotten a little better. (Frame rate is better, more animations ect) But other than that, there is just new guns and fishing/hunting.
