Highly doubt it...what's actually IN .46 anyway?

Granade and new jacket.

Was testing the new jacket for past week and it wears pretty good, no bugs with it. I approve .46 to go for stable.

PS.

And the police hat with green stripe. Also works ok.

With any luck this new frag grenade will have correct dispersion and will be able to kill or maim within 200m like in real life.

I thought the killing range was 8 meters, and the wounding range was between that and 15.

200m, only if you're extremely unlucky and some shrapnel delves itself into your neck from that range  :D

"Effective range" 0-15 meters.

Where did you ever get that idea?. Even a 105mm HE round only has a 50 meter kill radius. Jeez, you kids really need to visit the Reimer Digital Library and quit thinking "movies" are real life.

Most likely to bounce harmlessly off your unprotected skin first. Edited by Barnabus

I like the effect and very subtle explosions in Arma 3 nades with blast FX mod.

"Effective range" 0-15 meters.

So within 15 meters, the victim has 99% chance of being incapacitated (dead or simply not able to move/defend himself). Beyond that, some shrapnel might hit you and only harm you or potentially incapacitate you anyway. But in whatever way you put it, 200m is not gonna happen. Even injury is unlikely from that range. I'd say up to 50-60 metres you're bound to get hit

Might leave a scratch, though, so beware  :P

I would scalp 400 baby seals for german offensive grenades in the game.

So sexy and so powerful would be amazing for clearing out houses and it has great crafting potential.

Thankyou Barnabus for allowing me to sleep safely at night, wrapped warm in a blanket of consumerism and greed.

I have a feeling that the "stick" part of those grenades (a large wooden rod for a handle) was the main reason for that. What essentially amounts to a large wooden dowel being accelerated to around the speed of sound would probably have a semi-decent range.

Though 300m? God no.

Leave the bickering and insults out, please.

TheWanderingMan, you have two previous warnings for your behaviour. If you keep it up like this we will have to show you the door. We don't like to do that, so please be better.

On topic now, please.
