Never said it was, but when you're at 1 out of 7 then things are out of whack. And exactly when did i claim to know anything about development timelines? is pulling things out your ass a hobby..? 2 years later, no vehicles, and you're still going "EHH YEAH WELL TIMELINEZ" 

 

You're probably under the complete assumption that i hate dayz and know nothing about early access and i should have never gotten it so early. When in fact, im having an amazing time. Just finished playing with 3 friends and had a intense, long lasting firefight in the military base near Stary. fuck that was fun. And after that super anxious moments raiding the NW tents when it was turning dark. So i am very much enjoying the game.

 

But that doesn't mean we're suddenly all haters and whinners when we point out how off track the roadmap is. No roadmaps aren't promises, yes things change. But i just can't stand when things change THIS MUCH, and we're being left completely in the dark, and then people have the nerve to bitch at other that point out said valid FACTS about these changes.

A little advice: Please read what I stated here (it's not hard, really) and see that this is not a simple rage thread that searchs to fuck the devs and call this game a "scam" that it's not true at all.

Don't think there is anything wrong with acknowledging that the roadmap is behind schedule, maybe the new developers will make up the ground, maybe the beta will take to next summer, it's hardly whining just pointing out the current status of the game.

DayZ Standalone became an idea at the end of 2012, then they started actually making it around 2013. Their not just going to work on Vehicles first and not the core game itself (Everyone brings this up).  Another thing is that they don't keep us in the dark with all the Twitter/Reddit/DayZ TV news that goes around.

Not my problem if you and every other whiny shithead couldn't read the warnings blaring out before, during and after your purchased the "Alpha" version of DayZ.  If you aren't prepared to handle the consequences of people telling you this, perhaps these forums are not for you.

He didn't whine, he just stated how the roadmap features are late. You Alpha defenders are starting to get more annoying than the bug whiners!

Heres an idea, how about people set them selves realistic expectations of a game in alpha stage of development. If the whiners would stop coming on here and saying "im not happy with the progress, the developers should do this, this and this instead of that then we wouldnt have to keep saying alpha (even though this is factualy correct and not an excuse).

The whiners should get out of the developers heads and mind their own bloody buisiness. No one but the devs know what is going on so stop acting like you know how to fix their problems. When i bought the game i knew it would take a long time. If the game goes into beta and is not in a decent state feature wise then i will be annoyed. However 325 hours in i have already got my monies worth.

People need to think before they whine.
