FNX45 MRDS

Recommended Posts

Since you can attach a battery to the sight for the FNX45 and can turn it on, I thought, it would have an aimdot. The item itself also looks so aimdottish.

Does it have an aimdot? Does it need to be turned on? Is it currently buggy?

If you have pistol flashlight attached, that aim dot might not work.

Maybe not for that but you definitely want to put the battery in the flashlight attachment for the pistol. So pistol and flashlight on that thing are really awesome. Being you can see around without lowering your guard and such during night.

using a flashlight at night is like shouting 'kill me' to the mic :D i know that night is mostly unplayable without a flashlight right now, but lets hope they eventually fix it

Yup, the red dot is bugged but it's fixed on experimental.

Spent 3 days searching for one on EXP & finally found one last night. So in EXP I need a battery for it to work? Haven't actually attached & tested it out yet. Literally got shot & he ruined my FNX45 before I got the chance to use it lol.

Yes, you need a battery! On stable you can attach the battery but when clicking turn on the red dot doesn't appear, it does in exp though.

Cool, thanks for confirming. Looks like I will be searching for a battery tonight. What about the pistol supressor? I haven't been able to test it on EXP yet, to see if it actually works now.

Suppressors do not work currently. Don't know when it's scheduled to be fixed. BUT they do look cool and have no effect on ballistics or precision.

Indeed, removing the flashlight makes the red dot visible when you 'turn on' the optics.
