should i play in experimental version ?

Stable or experimental? i saw a stream today and one guy was using an akm and that was pretty cool in my opinion so im not sure if there is many ppls and server in the experimental version any suggestions? sry for my bad english x.x

There are many servers and people, but it's extremely annoying to play due to rubber-banding. Only play experimental if you are fine with being stuck in a building for 20 minutes, and then finally thinking that you got out, only to teleport 50 meters in the air and fall to your death.

Experimental servers are all full. You spam enter to join the server it should take about 5-10 mins top to get in ther server.

Experimental is also nice because you can just fool around and not worry as musch about dying and stuff since experimental is temporary and for testing.

There's only really one annoying bug in experimental and that's the rubber banding. Basically you will sometimes get stuck in a building, repeatedly bouncing back in the building when you try to leave. There is a work around though( when exiting building crouch walk very slowly and avoid sharp turns.

Playing is for stable. Experimental is for testing to push to stable.

 

People mixing this up is what is really ruining the experimental experience.

Im not mad at you at all.. or upset in any way. I guess it came across like that.. 

 

But its just sad that so many people flood experimental to go play with the new stuff, and they shoot everyone they see and hop into glitches and kill players that come by.. it just ruins the chance for other players to find the bugs that pop up when you have servers stressed like we are trying to do. The faster this gets tested the sooner stable gets updated and then people can start to play. Id say wait for wednesday morning rather than entering the slaughterhouse and waiting line that the experimental servers have become.

If you can hack being stuck in buildings for a good 30mins because it "teleports" you back there when you think you've made a swift exit then yes! IF not stay clear! But it's nice to test out some of the new features that are coming out and you don't worry about dying as much as it's not the stable version :)

I prefer exp build, give it a try of and on to experience the new content and if issues bother you just revert back to stable.

Also if the stable build already drive you nuts whit bugs you really should avoid exp servers.

Play stable and grab an M4 before they become hard to find. AKMs will be dominating the loot tables once this patch hits stable.

last night i get shot by a dude as i searched for matches... a waste of time... i collected 2 hours everyting i need to start a fire and test the cooking....

gone back to stable after teleporting back down green mountain last night. its well worth a try, to craft the cooking fire and cook a deer or cow is fun.. I cannot wait for this update to hit stable..it has breathed new life into day z
