Hi,

 

What about the ability to dive in water?

The character could have someting like an air bar which indicates how long he can dive. If stamina is coming up, that "air bar" could be correlated to that.

 

The benefit could be special loot that is only found under water.

 

Some additional equipment which could be found in harbour areas could provide a better diving experience.

No equipment - Vision could get blurry as soon as the character starts diving.

Diving goggles - No blury vision while diving, leaking if damaged

Flippers - Faster swimming and diving

Scuba set - Functions in combination with O2 tank 

O2 tank - necessary for scuba set to work

More bugs

In that logic,let's not add anything,in fear of more bugs poping up.

I would actually love to see this implemented,it was suported in A3.

 

Special loot- like what?

Maybe have a chance of some canned goods,rope,sprap metal,spawning in shipwrecks.

Although to be able to go harpoon-fishing,is what makes this suggestion intreasting.

Id love to see this addition.  Opening up the oceans adds a whole new dimension to the game imo.

A wet/dry suit, that water's fucking cold.  I can't really think of any 'loot' in the ocean I'd use if I found it (unless it was literally just thrown into the water like less than an hour ago) other than spearing fish or crab/lobster traps.

Useless... If the point is to add special loot, I prefer to got some huge underground spooky bunker full of zombies.
