Mosin Compensator

Is it like the rarest spawn or something??? I have around 50 hours played and I have yet to find at least one... What do you guys think, are they more common for you guys? Or am I just unlucky. This includes camping at airfields and jumping servers for respawns..

Look in red restaurants, that is where you will find them!

I have found them in lockers, piano houses, air field, even in houses. Your just unlucky I guess..

They are quite common, your problem is your looking in the wrong places. I've never found one in a military building, you want to look in the red restaurants and in the garages. Thats also where you'll find atlas bipods.

Go to the tents at the top of NWAF and go to the bunker things with crates and green camouflage all over it. They ALWAYS spawn there for me. Plus other rare shit spawns there too (acogs, scopes, etc).

Those village restaurants as well as office buildings seems to be where I find them in abundance when I am not carrying a mosin.

Some times they will spawn basically in the ground, in places like the school or the atc etc.  Make sure you scan places with your inventory up, to see items that are clipped into the floor.

just curious, I haven't been Mosin hunting lately, but the last I checked, the reload animation is so brutal, that the compensator didn't seem to have an effect. Am I wrong?

Pretty sure the compensator just makes the thing shoot straighter in game, because that's the way attachments currently work.  Has nothing to do with the animation, just reduces the spread/makes it more accurate.

This is correct the compensator just magically reduces the weapons cone of fire.
