Glitched in the wall. Is there any way to get out?

So the server timed me out on the top lvl of the old police station (the gray one). I was in a small room. When I logged back in, I was stuck in some glitch. It looks like I am now on the bottom lvl, partially through the floor. Most off the walls are transparent / not there but I am unable to get out. 

 

I tried 4 different servers, restarted the game a couple times, tried to run / jump, tried crouching...nothing will work. I have no way to off myself and trying to sit there and wait to die of hunger / dehydration would take forever. I am completely energized / hydrated / healthy. 

 

Anyone know of a fix for this? or is there a way to contact an admin or someone who can get me unstuck?

Yes.

 

Log into DayZ on high ping server. Get player against outer wall or facing outside of building in the least, then alt-tab to your desktop.

 

Open youtube. Play video/s and let them play in back ground. Alt-tab back into DayZ.

 

Run/Walk into wall constantly until you magically run through wall.

No. Dont ever encourage lagswitching or chord pulling. Ever.

That would probably be why your youtube trick worked though.

Putting heavier load on connection and it could let you out.

If suicide is an option you should pop in and out of the wall and others could "help" with a friendly bullet.

Lol, i hate when this happens. Last time i got stuck for a good 15 minutes, i kept just running into the walls and trying to vault and eventually glitched through it in a spot i had been trying for ages. Also another time somebody entered the building i was in and if i kept running at the wall he could see my body which let him hit me and kill me (don't know how busy the area you are in is though).

tried the youtube method but it didn't seem like it was working. after the second time I alt tab'ed back in, the server restarted and when I returned,  I was able to get out. Heh, was just about to offer up my engraved 1911 for someone to come 1 shot me.

Well, apart from my curiosity which as it says above is why I asked...

 

Nvm though, seems its more hassle than its worth.
