Guys I Have Started Playing Dayz Standalone Since 2 Days Now. I Am Using A Windows 8 Laptop,Everytime I Join A Server I Cant Even Move In The Game Without It Lagging.Can You Give Me Solutions Please ,Thanks

Pretty much; I would also check your internet connection speed, though the graphics probably are the issue; the game isn't really optimized yet graphically, so higher settings may bog your system down, depending on the specs. With my setup (listed in my signature), I can play it pretty well @ 1920x1200 with most settings on normal.
