[Discovery] Climbing Town Hall

For those of you that do not know, the roof of Town Hall is accessible. Our research team will guide you on this simple climb. No experience necessary.

 

Despite there being none in this film, there is a loot spawn on the roof. In my experience, shotgun speed-loaders frequently spawn here.

 

If you fancy sniping, this is an excellent sniper post. Great view of the city as well as defensive enhancements.

From what I remember and correct me if I'm wrong, that was only on private servers as a result of ladders being put on them (or inside the wall) via 3d editor. I don't believe it came stock. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

No you could do this in the mod from the start.

 

Join any dayz mod server and walk over to that building. look at the little piping on both sides and climb up it.

Good point if your running Lone Wolf Ops.

 

But If your in a group and want to have full control over Cherno, having someone on Town Hall is a good idea. If your at the southern clock on Town Hall you have a much better view of the streets of downtown Cherno as compared to the Silo.

Town hall is not a bad place but you can be easily spotted from the ground.

Hopefully your not all on the Silo. 

 

There are some defensive provisions on the roof of Town Hall. Sloped roof blocks east/west depending on what side your on if one wants to take that route. Also, there is a little nook on the bottom of each slope of the roof. Not the best, but not bad though.

Heard that one before. Not really worried friend. Anytime you want to do an 8v8 in Cherno, let me know what server you play on. I wouldn't mind getting back in Cherno, could be a good time. Take care.
